This crocheted baby koala, Evi, is very palm-sized and stands approximately 14-15 cm tall. The pattern also includes instructions for knitting a koala scarf.
Materials needed:
– Main color yarn (80-100 m). For the beige baby, use Troitskaya “Podmoskovnaya” yarn (200 m/80 g), and for the gray baby, use Semenovskaya “Babushkin Nosok” (250 m/100 g). A little dark yarn for the nose.
– Any white fluffy yarn will work for the belly and ears. The author uses Alize Softy Plus. If you don’t have fluffy yarn, you can use regular white yarn.
– To make a scarf you need a little bit of yarn of absolutely any color.

– 6mm half beads for eyes
– Needle and scissors

For the
scarf, cast on 9 ch, starting with the second stitch from the hook, knit 8 sc.
Then knit the turning stitch and turn the work.
In the next row, knit 8 sc through the back loop of the stitch from the previous row.
Repeat this process until the scarf reaches the desired length (mine is about 25 rows).
Then fold the edges of the scarf and knit 8 sc through both edges.
