Assembly
Attach the head centered on the body. Sew the beard under the nose. Position the arms on either side of the body, angled inward and sew them in place. Attach the hands to the ends of the arms.
Position the legs at the bottom front of the body and attach them so they hang freely. Sew the shoes to the ends of the legs. Adjust the hat to cover the top of the head, then tack lightly in place. Ensure everything is securely fastened.
Place the toilet paper roll between the hands, adjusting to fit snugly, and your cheerful gnome is complete!
