Assemblage

See photo 61. Sew your crocheted legs and hands to the body with a threaded bracing (use round-nosed pliers to make it easier to pull the needle). For this, it is necessary:

  1. Outline the location of the hands (between 4 and 5 rounds of body, distance between hands approx 12 stitches) and legs (between 9 and 10 rounds of body, distance between legs approx 18 stitches) using needles for cutting (see photo 62).
  2. Fasten a long thread from the inside of one leg (see photo 63). Pass the needle through the leg (see photo 64).
  3. Insert the needle into the body at the leg attachment point (at the same time sewing a leg) and pull out on the opposite side, in the place where the second leg is fastened (see photo 65).
  4. Pass the needle through the second leg (see photo 66).
  5. Re-pass the needle through the body. The needle must go right through the leg, enter the place where it came from and go back to the place where the first leg was fastened while sewing it through (see photo 67). Pass the needle through the body in the same way in the opposite direction. And several more times to flash the body for strength.
  6. Insert the needle in the leg and pull out it at the point of attachment of the opposite hand (see photo 68).
  7. Pass the needle through the hand (see photo 69).
  8. Insert the needle into the body at the hand attaching point (stitching his hand) and pull out on the opposite side, in the place of securing the second hand (see photo 70).
  9. Pass the needle through the second hand (see photo 71).
  10. Re-pass the needle through the body. The needle must go right through the hand, enter the place where you came from and go back to the place where the first hand was fastened, while sewing it through (see photo 72). Pass the needle through the body in the same way in the opposite direction. And several more times to flash the body for strength.
  11. Lock and trim the thread.

Put the belly on the body so that the center marker is at the bottom. Count from him 16sc counterclockwise and hang the second marker. Do the same on the other side of the belly (see photo 73).

Sew the belly from the second and third marker to the turtle-shell. The needle is inserted through back loop, which are left from the crocheting 11 round of shell (see photos 74-78). Trim and fix the thread. Embrace your turtle (see photos 79-81).
