To create the first earflap: Join yarn to the edge, Ch 1, 8 sc, turn. Row 2: 8 sc. Row 3: dec, 4 sc, dec. Row 4: 6 sc. Fasten off. Repeat for the second flap on the opposite side of the cap.
Goggles
Lens (Make 2): In Cream yarn.
R1: 6 sc in MR (6)

Fasten off. Join Brown yarn to the edge and sc around the lens. Join with a sl st.
Strap: Ch 26 (or until the length fits snugly around the cap).
Assembly
- Sew the beak centered between the eyes, resting on Round 15.
- Attach the wings to the sides of the body between Rounds 27 and 29.
- Sew the feet to the bottom of the body at Round 34, spacing them for balance.
- Place the Aviator Cap on the head and secure it with a few hidden stitches at the crown.
- Sew the goggles onto the front of the cap, positioning them just above the bridge of the beak.
- Add a subtle touch of pink embroidery or blush below the eyes to complete the look.
