( ) x 6 = repeat whatever is between the brackets the number of times stated

R 3-6: 10 sc
R 7: (1 sc, dec)*3, 1 sc (7)
R 8-11: 7 sc

Legs (make 2)
R 1: mc with 6 st (6)
R 2: inc x 6 (12)

Don’t cut the yarn when you’ll finish the second leg.

Then join the legs together, we start crocheting the body:
